Cancellation Policy

Thank you for making a booking with me! By making this booking you are confirming you have read, understood and agree with all of the below. You can read this policy again at checkout under 'Policy'. Also it'll be in your email. A charge of 50% of the fee will apply if you cancel your appointment with fewer than 24 hours’ notice before your appointment, or for non-attendance. Please be on time to make full use of your appointment time. When you begin homeopathic treatment, you will receive approximately a 1 hour 30 minute 1st consultation. For best results it's recommended I see you on a regular basis, every 4-6 weeks for a minimum of 3-4 appointments. This is only a recommendation - not required. At times your case may be discussed with an outside homeopathic supervisor, for me to gain an alternative opinion to help select the best prescription for you. I will check with you before doing this. I am bound by a strict code of confidentiality and will not discuss cases outside the clinic setting and outside of supervision. Homeopathic remedies, when correctly chosen, clearly work but not in the way that drugs do (through chemical actions that affect the body processes). Potentised remedies can work deeply and specifically to stimulate the body to heal itself more efficiently and as such are completely safe to use. Advice and Emergencies: I recommend that if you have any doubts in an emergency situation you should contact your doctor or casualty department / A&E. If you are unable to contact me for any reason but would still like homeopathic advice, the Homeopathic Help Line provides 9.00am to midnight telephone cover every day of the year if you are living in the UK. The telephone number for this service is: 09065 343404. Calls are charged at £1.55 per minute and you will be recommended a remedy to purchase from a pharmacy. You must consult with your doctor about withdrawing any medication and patients should never suddenly stop taking medication without discussing it with whoever prescribed them.
